Tariff conditions

Tariff application
The prices are per person and crossing, taxes and charges excluded. The reduction for children is restricted to the price of the crossing and does not apply for the Express-supplement or for accomodation costs on board. Only one of our price reductions may be used at any time. For each ticket booked on line by credit card, a fee of 2,50 € will be charged.

Special fare tickets
Tickets issued with Jackpot fare cannot be reimbursed neither totally nor partially but can be modified (30 € fee).

Reebooking
A fee of 9 € shall be charged for modification of the original ticket. If a passenger alters his reservation (date, route, vehicle type), he cannot claim reimbursement of a possible price difference. In the case of open date return, the passenger shall be charged the price difference that may result when he makes his final reservation. If a ticket is lost or stolen, the journey must be paid for again; should the unused ticket be found and returned within one year after the date of issue, it shall be reimbursed. An open date ticket is only valid for the year of issue.
The shipping company reserves the right to alter departure times and fares without previous notice.
