Specific Measures for each destination

Sanitary measures for Corsica

All passengers 12 years old and older coming from a green zone country (with a low Covid circulation rate) must provide the following documents when boarding:
for vaccinated passengers, a vaccination certificate;
for passengers who have not been vaccinated, a negative PCR or antigenic test (taken within the previous 24 hours).
for passengers who have not been vaccinated, a proof of recovery from COVID-19 (less than 6 months)
Should the passenger not be able to present the above papers, boarding will be refused.

Passengers coming from orange zones are invited to consult for details of further measures and restrictions.

Sanitary measures for entry into Italy, Sardinia

All passengers must provide the following documents when boarding:
for vaccinated passengers, a vaccination certificate;
for passengers who have not been vaccinated, a negative PCR (taken within the previous 72 hours) or antigenic test (taken within the previous 48 hours).
for passengers who have not been vaccinated, a proof of recovery from COVID-19 (less than 6 months)
Should passengers be unable to present proof of registration, they will be obliged to isolate for 5 days at arrival.

Sanitary measures for Balearic islands

On the day of departure, all passengers 12 years old and older must show (only with EU digital certificate):
for vaccinated passengers, a vaccination UE certificate (more than 28 days after the injection for single injection vaccines and more than 14 days after the second injection for double injection vaccines);
for passengers who have not been vaccinated, a negative PCR-Test or antigen-Test taken less than 24 hours previously . Self-made tests will be rejected.
or, a proof of recovery from COVID-19 (usable after 180 days)

Passengers with a non-EU certificate must present them to the boarding crew in a readable way.
Passengers travelling without negative test, or vaccination certificate or proof of recovery may incur a fine of €3000 and will be obliged to take the test immediately. Should the test be positive, the passenger will be quarantined immediately and fined €6000.

From the Balearic Islands to France, passengers 12 years old and older (except truck drivers) must provide a vaccination certificate if they are vaccinated. If not, they must provide a negative PCR or antigenic test (taken less than 24 hours before departure).

Comprehensive

Prior to departure, we will inform all passengers (by mail, SMS, or via our web site) of all obligatory hygiene measures.

Masks -
onboard safety

Wearing a mask is obligatory in all public areas while boarding and throughout the entire crossing. Passengers must provide their own masks. Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are provided in all public areas.

Boarding
controls

Boarding for both car and foot passengers is carried out in a manner that limits the number of people present in one place at the same time. In order to respect social distancing, passenger flow is regulated towards the upper deck entry doors.

Social distancing
during crossings

Individual or family cabins will be allotted without contact upon boarding. Social distancing of passengers in Pullman seats will be applied, as in all public areas.

Catering

Our restaurants are now open, with social distancing.

Staff committed
to your safety

Whether on board or the quayside, our staff systematically wear masks and have hydroalcoholic gel at their disposal at all times.
A doctor is also on board each ship and a health team on land is in constant contact with our ships.

Comprehensive
cleaning

Our stop-over times are lengthened and crossing frequency is reduced in order to allow for the complete disinfection of our ships.
Our cabins are cleaned and disinfected after each crossing, following a strict procedure and using virucidic products.
All public areas are also disinfected.

Disembarking
with peace of mind

In order to ensure optimal social distancing, disembarking is lengthened and corridors are marked.
