I have lost something during the crossing; how do I report it?

If you have lost or forgotten something on board, please fill in the online lost property form (giving your reservation number).
Lost property is sent back to its owner. Postage costs will be charged to the property’s owner.
Our lost property service will contact you if we find your lost property. The company declines all responsibility for the loss of property on board. We draw your attention to the fact that lost property will be kept for a maximum of 15 days. If unclaimed within 15 days, the lost property will be destroyed.
